January 2011 - more entries this month - and 1 excellent score: January Stableford

December 2010 - Perhaps surprisingly (considering the weather) we had 4 cards submitted for the December Stableford. 2 played to 18 temporary greens, the other 2 to 18 main greens. For that reason we have decided that the 4 winter "stand alone" competitions will be non-qualifying for handicap purposes. The result is shown by clicking here: December Stableford

This year's overall and eclectic competitions are now over and the final results are shown below.

7 different golfers have won prizes because of the rule that nobody can win prizes in both competitions. However, the top 2 in each competition actually finished in those positions.

Congratulations to Colin - a runaway winner in the end although it could have gone any way after the way he started the final round.

Don't forget that there are still monthly competitions for the remainder of the golfing year but they are "stand alone" events - they do not form part of either an overall or eclectic competition.
